Sheraton Universal Hotel
I stayed close to the pool and hallway felt humid and there was a musty smell. Room was smaller than pictured. Otherwise I would say it’s just ok nothing special.room was clean and staff was polite onsite restaurant was delicious.

Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City
I’ve stayed at the Sheraton on Universal visits and I can honestly say this place is better. Rooms are more spacious, clean and safe location. Valet parking much faster as well, pool hours are also longer. We found this place to be more convenient and better overall.
