I SAT IN THE LOBBY UNTIL AFTER 3, THE LADY KEPT SAYING, ROOM WAS NOT READY. THE WHITE COUPLE CAME IN AND GOT A ROOM. ..."

"My stay was very nice. The only issue was that one of the housekeepers was kind of rude. I understand that there may be a language barrier but we had a translator and before we could ask the question in Spanish she brushed us off rudely as in she didn't even want to answer in Spanish."
