Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....

Clean room, very friendly staff, and doorman went above and beyond. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, the concierge was non-existent. Very disappointed in room amenities, and lack of room service.

El desayuno excelente, la ubicación es perfecta está cerca de todo, definitivamente vamos a regresar, lo único que me pareció un poco tedioso es los elevadores por el sistema que tienen para subir y bajar se bloquean y toca esperar varios minutos. Pero por todo lo demás excelente.👌
