Comfortable hotel in a great location. Rooms on the garden side of the hotel are quiet despite being on a relatively busy street. Easy to walk to from both the Tottenham Court Station (Elizabeth Line) and the Russell Square Station (Piccadilly Line) so easy to get to from Heathrow.

At reception there is no chair for hotel staff to sit, they stand 11 hours in a day, I asked them and they were so tired and exhausted to stand whole day. It is inhuman, please give them chair at reception to sit while they serve customers.
