Great hotel with very attentive staff. Housekeeping is very reliable and does a good job of keeping the room clean. You can walk to three metro stations from the hotel, thus giving you easy access to the city. The area around the hotel has many restaurants within walking distance.

Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. First time at an APA Hotel, I was very satisfied with my experience! The staff made checking in very easy and the room was decent size. Lastly, if your looking to mainly stay near Roppongi night life area, it is only a 10 min walk to most of the bar or clubs.

This hotel is perfect if you want A more quiet part of Japan near Tokyo. I'd recommend this hotel for couples and families. Not to much light life around but a lot of fun activities for families. I'd recommend getting a corner room view it's crazy.
