What an incredibly beautiful property. From the minute you walk in you’re welcomed with a clean, spa smell. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms and beds were very comfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Our only complaint was that our room had no window - it was an “interior room”. Nice but small and dark. I had not noticed that when i booked it.

Do not stay here!!!! I’ve traveled a lot on a budget and this is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s filthy, the staff has no idea what they’re doing, there are zero amenities and the shuttle to LAX only runs sometimes IF they have a driver. Ridiculous.
