Arcadian Hotel
Most things were adequate, but problem with the bathroom. It wasn't very clean and showed significant wear. Biggest problem was height of toilet. Seat was at most 13" off of the floor. This made it difficult when sitting down and standing back up. Very uncomfortable.

Conveniently located next to a subway stop, for easy travel around the city. We took the free shuttle into Backbay from the airport and walked to the hotel. Walls are thin and property is very old. Had AC/heating and it was pretty clean. It's okay overall. A short 10 min walk to the subway (T).

Hostess check in Staff was rude unless you were wearing an airline uniform. Waitstaff was rude at breakfast. Door dash isn’t allowed to deliver to the rooms but half the time the elevators didn’t work . Parking was almost impossible to find.

Food in general lacks of fresh fruit and veggies. At lunchtime only have a ceasar salad as an option. In the evening, the buffet has a couple of salads, they were ok. The look and feel of the place is like Las Vegas for kids,in the main building. My room for 6 was very comfortable and clean
