Most things were adequate, but problem with the bathroom. It wasn't very clean and showed significant wear. Biggest problem was height of toilet. Seat was at most 13" off of the floor. This made it difficult when sitting down and standing back up. Very uncomfortable.

Walls are thin and property is very old. Had AC/heating and it was pretty clean. It's okay overall. A short 10 min walk to the subway (T).
