Great staff. Clean room with tv, a bed, a closet, a chair, a bathtub - a great price but few amenities. I had to ask for paper cups ( no glasses) or coffee or chargers. Excellent hotel right near Penn Station. Large and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Held our bag after we checked out until we headed out to the airport. Highly recommended!

Lotte New York Palace
This is a comfortable and accommodating luxurious hotel ideally situated for us across the street from St. Patrick Cathedral and within walking distance of great restaurants and Broadway shows. We will return here on our next visit to NYC.

Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South
Hotel was very clean, the staff was great. We ordered food out a few times and they held it at the desk for us and gave us utensils to use when the restaurants failed too

Park Central Hotel New York
Room and staff were great. Only issue was one elevator was in repair which then caused congestion for guests to go up and down thoughout day. Management did apologize for inconvenience. The staff overall and house keeping was wonderful.
