Very nice, comfortable, modern place to land in Shibuya. Staff was welcoming and helpful. After staying for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, we ended up booking our last night in Tokyo here. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front looked at us and said “Welcome back!”
